Does The Continental,  powered by Placemakr allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know before your arrival if you’re bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.

This property is dog-and-cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.

Do you have a pack-n-play?
Yes! The Continental, powered by Placemakr is family-friendly. If you need a pack-n-play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.

Is there luggage storage on-site?
Yes, The Continental powered by Placemakr provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property. 

Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer or complimentary on-site laundry facilities) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.

Does The Continental, powered by Placemakr offer early check-in?
When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property.

Does The Continental, powered by Placemakr offer late checkout?
When available, we are happy to offer late checkout for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property. Otherwise, checkout is at 11 a.m. to ensure we can prepare for future guests.
