About WhyHotel Investments

WhyHotel Investments is the real estate investment arm of Placemakr, Inc.

We specialize in acquiring and developing properties in markets with strong residential and lodging fundamentals. Through physical improvements and our strategic operating platform, which serves both hospitality and residential guests for flexible lengths of stay, we seek to maximize the value of the assets in which we invest.  

We manage all facets of the investment cycle, including opportunity sourcing, investment underwriting, deal execution and asset management.
