Yes, Placemakr offers short-term corporate housing with no minimum length of stay. Our furnished corporate apartments are available nightly, weekly, and monthly. Longer stays come with built-in savings—weekly and monthly stays start at 15% off, giving you the flexibility of corporate housing without the commitment of a long-term lease.

Can I book multiple units for a team or group?

Does Placemakr offer corporate rates or preferred pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate rate agreements and rotational housing programs for companies with recurring travel needs. Longer stays come with built-in savings—weekly and monthly rates start at 15% off. Rotational housing lets you reserve units for the full year at one predictable monthly rate, that are exclusively yours, even during peak seasons, with average savings of 25–35% over standard hotel costs. What is rotational housing and how does it work?

Rotational housing is a reserved block of units that your company holds year-round at a fixed monthly rate. You rotate employees, executives, or corporate guests in and out of the units on your schedule—no individual bookings required. Placemakr manages everything: reservations, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and on-site service. It’s ideal for companies with predictable recurring travel needs who want to eliminate booking friction and control costs. Ask our team about availability in your key markets. 

Is Placemakr GSA approved?

Yes. Placemakr is a GSA approved housing provider and SAM.gov registered vendor. Our GSA contract number is 47QMCB25D000C. Our properties are per diem rate compliant, and we accept government travel cards (GTCs).
