Parking is available on-site for $35 per night plus tax. If you need parking, let us know in advance and we will add parking to your access, allowing you to pull up and park without stopping at the front desk. If you don’t arrange parking prior to arrival, you will need to stop at the desk and pay for it before being able to access the garage. 

Parking is located directly next to the Placemakr Downtown Austin (previously 3Waller) main entrance.

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome here. You can bring up to two (2) pets per stay, 60lbs max per pet. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

Please let us know before your arrival if you're bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.

Yes, Placemakr provides luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer complimentary luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

We provide weekly housekeeping for stays of 7 nights or longer. If you’d like additional cleaning during your time with us, you can add it anytime for $119 per service.

Additionally, each apartment is stocked with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies so you can keep things fresh during your stay or between housekeeping visits.

All Placemakr properties are non-smoking, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – guests will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
