1. Complete precheck
Placemakr has every guest complete precheck, ensuring your arrival feels easy from the start. It takes just a few minutes and helps our team prepare your space so it's ready when you walk in.

Since you'll be stopping by our Guest Services Office to pick up your key fob, completing it ahead of time makes that visit quick and easy.

If precheck isn't done before arrival, you can finish it at the front desk when you check in.

We will send you a unique link to complete precheck, however you may also look it up below.

2. Visit us at our Guest Services Office to check-in 
All guests are required to stop by the Guest Services Office to receive their room assignment and their key fob. Our office is located in The ANOVA Building in room 310 on the third floor. Upon arrival, please use the intercom to call Placemakr and take the elevator up to the third floor to check-in.

If you plan on parking, please check-in first to ensure ease of entry into the onsite garage.

3. Head up to your unit
You will receive your room assignment and the associated key fob when you check-in at the front desk. Key fobs must be returned to the Guest Services Office, in room 310, upon departure. Missing or unreturned fobs will result in a charge of $100 to the payment method stored on your reservation. 

4. Accessing your room
Scan your key fob on the reader. Turn the lock first, and then the handle, to open the door. 

Don't forget to lock your door when you exit, as it does not lock automatically. Scan your key fob and turn the lock, then try the handle to confirm.

Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Placemakr Downtown Phoenix is located within ANOVA Central Station Apartments at 311 N 1st Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85003. This complex is made up of two buildings: The Maeve and The ANOVA. We are located within The ANOVA building.

Approaching our property on W Van Buren Street, make a right onto the unnamed street between The Maeve and The ANOVA. There is a temporary loading zone near the Placemakr entrance.

If you are dropped off via rideshare on N 1st Avenue, take the underpass (which would have you headed east toward N Central Avenue) until you find signage for the Placemakr Downtown Phoenix entrance.

Parking
There is a parking garage located within the building off of W Polk Street operated by LAZ Parking. Though the garage is operated by a third party, Placemakr guests receive a special rate of $24.20 per night. In order to receive this rate, please sign up for parking via this link prior to arrival. PLEASE CHECK-IN WITH THE GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM IN UNIT 310 BEFORE PARKING IN THE GARAGE. You can use the loading area, near the front door of the ANOVA building, to check-in prior to parking your car in the garage.
