Parking is limited and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance of your stay to request parking. Spots are $50/day per car (max of 1 space per apartment unit reserved). If you've reserved parking in advance, we'll have your parking tag waiting for you at the front desk when you arrive.
CONTACT US TO RESERVE PARKING
Before heading to the parking garage, park on the street and come to the front desk to retrieve your parking tag. Spots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, so please let us know in advance if you'd like to reserve a spot. The garage is located directly behind our building on L St. SE.
As you pull into the garage, your parking hang tag will automatically grant you access. Make sure to have it hanging from your rearview mirror at all times. Spots are located on level G1, numbers 15-26. After parking, use the elevators located on G1 to enter the building. You'll need to use your Latch mobile key or key card for access.
Make sure to return your parking tag. Before leaving, be sure to return your parking hang tag in the vestibule located outside of the elevators on level G1. Lost tag fee is $100.
Getting dropped off or arriving by foot:
Head to the Coda on Half, a Placemakr Experience guest entrance, 41 L St. SE. Use this link to navigate to our location on L St. coda entrance Coda on Half offers contactless entry. If you have not set this up, please see "building and room access" section below.
Enter through the wooden doors. To enter the second set of doors, open the Latch app and click on the mobile key for your reservation. Scan your key by holding the Latch mobile key up to the left reader for at least 5 seconds (make sure you have internet with Bluetooth & location services enabled). This will unlock the door. A concierge will also be in the lobby and can assist you.
From the lobby, head left to locate the elevator bank. You’ll need to use your Latch mobile key or key card to access both the elevator and your unit. Remember to hold your Latch mobile key to the reader for at least 5 seconds in order to gain access.
Coda on Half is happy to offer contactless check-in to our guests using the Latch App. In order to skip the front desk and have a smooth check-in, please follow the steps below
1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up below.
On the day of your arrival, you'll receive an email prompting you to download the Latch app - it acts as your key! You'll be able to access the building and your unit as early as 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Tip: The email will come from "Latch," not Placemakr. Search your inbox for "Latch" if you don't see it.
As long as you have completed verification and there are no other issues with your reservation, you will be able to access your unit via the Latch app at check-in time.
Bluetooth and location services must be enabled for the mobile key to work, and you’ll need to have internet access the first time you pull up your key. See the arrival guide below for more information on using your Latch app.
If you have additional guests staying with you, you can share digital access with them through your Latch app. Simply open the app, select ‘Let someone in’ in the top right corner, then share app access and door codes with your guests.
We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.

For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.
All food and grocery deliveries must be met at the lobby entrance. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries directly to guest rooms. .
Whole Foods is the closest spot for groceries–just a quick 7 minute walk away. It's located at 101 H St SW.
Q: Does Coda on Half, a Placemakr Experience allow pets?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome.
This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

Q: Do you have a pack n' plays?

A:Yes, Coda on Half, a Placemakr Experience provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
