For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.

We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.

As a guest of 2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience, you agree to our full terms and conditions which include:

• No party policy: Parties are not permitted at any time. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.
• Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am every day. 
• No smoking policy: This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – guests will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of their reservation for violating these rules. 
• Minimum check-in age: 21
