Placemakr has every guest complete precheck so your arrival feels easy from the start. It gives our team time to prepare your space and make sure everything's ready when you walk in.
It only takes a few minutes and helps you settle in faster.
If precheck isn't completed before arrival, you will be required to stop by the front desk.
We will send you a unique link to complete precheck, however you may also look it up below.
When you arrive, stop by the front desk to pick up your key card. If precheck isn’t completed in advance, no problem! You can still check in at the desk, but it will take a bit longer to get you set up.
Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Head to 2500 Pennsylvania Avenue. Come on in to the lobby and we'll check you in at the front desk.

Off-site Parking
If we are unable to offer you parking at 2500 Penn, we recommend 2401 Pennsylvania Ave NW Lot #8 garage nearby. We also recommend the SpotHero website and app that can help you find affordable parking nearby.

Washers and dryers are available in the basement of the property for guest use. The machines accept all major credit cards. You’ll have a broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, but you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning.
If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
All food and grocery deliveries must be met at the front entrance. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.

A: No, we do not allow pets at this Placemakr location.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! 2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience is family-friendly. If you need a pack-n-play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, 2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer or complimentary on-site laundry facilities) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.

A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property.
Q: Does 2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience offer late checkout?
When available, we are happy to offer late checkout for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property. Otherwise, checkout is at 11 a.m. to ensure we can prepare for future guests.
For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know. We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.

No party policy: Parties are not permitted at any time. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.
Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am every day.
No smoking policy: This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – guests will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of their reservation for violating these rules.
