Attention Maverick Guests: Plan Ahead for Holiday Street Closures!
Our property is located in the heart of the Holidays on Houston Street festivities, bringing the magic of the season right to our doorstep! Please note, this also means some temporary street closures will impact arrivals and departures. Here's what to expect:

1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to complete our pre-arrival verification process before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.
2. Wait for your unit information via text
If you have completed our pre-arrival verification process, expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code. Then, you can head straight to your unit!
Haven't completed pre-arrival verification? Stop by the front desk to complete check-in when you arrive.
3. Head up to your unit
Head through the lobby towards the elevators and up to your unit floor. Enter your PIN followed by # to access your unit.

Parking
Valet parking
The Maverick offers valet parking with in/out privileges for $42 per night. To valet, please pull up to our marked unloading zone on N Presa St. when you arrive.
Valet parking is available every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside of regular hours, your vehicle will be accessible via the Hilton Garden Inn valet stand nearby.
Long-term guest parking
A nearby self-serve parking garage with in/out privileges is available for guests staying for 30+ nights. Please contact us for pricing and to reserve.
Off-site parking
The closest garage is Houston Street Garage, located on College St. This is a public garage with unassigned spots for $10 per day or $120 per month. For alternate parking options, we recommend using the SpotHero website. Please reach out if you have any questions.
We'll happily accept food and other deliveries at the front desk. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.
We always clear your login information after your stay.
For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.
Washers and dryers are available on each guest floor.
You’ll have broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
Q: Does The Maverick, powered by Placemakr allow pets?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome.
This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! The Maverick, powered by Placemakr is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, The Maverick, powered by Placemakr provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer or complimentary on-site laundry facilities) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.
Q: Does The Maverick, powered by Placemakr offer early check-in?
A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost.

Subject to availability. Please inquire with property. Otherwise, checkout is at 11 a.m. to ensure we can prepare for future guests.
For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
