Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston offers contactless check-in for verified guests. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth check-in.
1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.
2. Wait for your unit information via text
Expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code. As soon as you get the text, you are able to access your room. No need to check-in at the front desk, you can head straight up to your unit!
3. Head up to your unit
Enter the lobby and head to your right towards Elevator B. Enter the elevator and enter your PIN code followed by # on the black PIN pad and head on up to your floor.
Enter your PIN followed by # to open your door. It will lock automatically behind you.
Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Head to the Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston guest entrance, located at 321 Hart St. (previously BentoLiving). Use this link to navigate to our location on Hart St.
Parking is available (maximum of 1 space per unit). If you need parking, let us know at the front desk when you arrive.
Other important things to note:
Elevator A (away from the restaurant) can be used to access floors 2-6 as well as the gym and rooftop.
Elevator B (towards the restaurant) can only be used to access floors 2-5 (no gym or rooftop access).
We'll happily accept food and other deliveries at the front desk. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.
We always clear your login information after your stay.
For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.
Each unit has access to a washer and dryer for washing your clothes and linens either in your unit or in shared communal space. All units are also equipped with handheld steamers.
You’ll have broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
Q: Does Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston allow pets?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome.
This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer or complimentary on-site laundry facilities) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.
Q: Does Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston offer early check-in?
A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
