1. Complete precheck
Placemakr has every guest complete precheck so your arrival feels easy from the start. It gives our team time to prepare your space and make sure everything's ready when you walk in.

It only takes a few minutes and helps you settle in faster.

If precheck isn't completed before arrival, you will be required to stop by the front desk.

We will send you a unique link to complete precheck, however you may also look it up below.

Parking:
Parking at Coda on Half is limited and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance of your stay to request parking. Spots are $55/day per car (max of 1 space per apartment unit reserved). If you've reserved parking in advance, we'll have your parking tag waiting for you at the front desk when you arrive.

If we are unable to offer you parking, we recommend using Spot Hero for various options within walking distance to Coda on Half.

If you've reserved parking with us:
Before heading to the parking garage, park on the street and come to the front desk to retrieve your parking tag. Spots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, so please let us know in advance if you'd like to reserve a spot. The garage is located directly behind our building on L St. SE. 

As you pull into the garage, your parking hang tag will automatically grant you access. Make sure to have it hanging from your rearview mirror at all times. Spots are located on level G1, numbers 15-26. After parking, use the elevators located on G1 to enter the building. You'll need to use your Door mobile key or key card for access. 

Before leaving, be sure to return your parking hang tag in the vestibule located outside of the elevators on level G1. Lost tag fee is $100.

Getting dropped off or arriving by foot:
Head to the Coda on Half, a Placemakr Experience guest entrance, located at 41 L St. SE.

Coda on Half offers contactless entry. If you have not set this up, please see "building and room access" section below.

Enter through the wooden doors. To enter the second set of doors, open the Door app and click on the mobile key for your reservation. Scan your key by holding the Door mobile key up to the left reader for at least 5 seconds (make sure you have internet with Bluetooth & location services enabled). This will unlock the door. A concierge will also be in the lobby and can assist you.
  
  
From the lobby, head left to locate the elevator bank. You’ll need to use your Door mobile key or key card to access both the elevator and your unit. Remember to hold your Door mobile key to the reader for at least 5 seconds in order to gain access. 
 

Coda on Half is happy to offer contactless check-in to our guests using the Door App. In order to skip the front desk and have a smooth check-in, please follow the steps below.

2. Download the Door App 

On the day of your arrival, you'll receive an email prompting you to download the Door app - it acts as your key! You'll be able to access the building and your unit as early as 3pm on the day of your arrival. The email will come from "Door," not Placemakr. Search your inbox for "Door" if you don't see it.

3. Head on up at check-in time!

As long as you have completed precheck and there are no other issues with your reservation, you will be able to access your unit via the Door app at check-in time.

 

Bluetooth and location services must be enabled for the mobile key to work, and you’ll need to have internet access the first time you pull up your key. See the arrival guide below for more information on using your Door app.

If you have additional guests staying with you, you can share digital access with them through your Door app. Simply open the app, select ‘Access' on the bottom row, followed by ‘Guests’ in the top left corner, then share app access and door codes with your guests.
