Parking is $50/night for Placemakr guests. If you booked parking in advance, we will send you a QR code to access the garage on the morning of your arrival. The garage entrance is located at V St SW and 2nd St SW.

Yes! Pets are welcome. This property is dog- and cat-friendly. There is a 2 pet maximum. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 per pet to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

Please let us know before your arrival if you're bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.

Yes, Placemakr provides luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer complimentary luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

We provide weekly housekeeping for stays of 7 nights or longer. If you’d like additional cleaning during your time with us, you can add it anytime for $119 per service.

Additionally, each apartment is stocked with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies so you can keep things fresh during your stay or between housekeeping visits.

When available, we’re happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with the property.

All Placemakr properties are non-smoking, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – guests will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.

You must be at least 21 years old to book and stay at this property.

Please note, guests under the age of 25 will have a $300 hold placed on their form of payment.
