Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Head to 110 Wall St. We'll greet you at the front desk in the lobby.

Parking
Placemakr Wall Street does not have parking on-site, however we are partnered with a garage just a few blocks away at 84 Pearl Street. They offer discounted rates for all Placemakr Wall Street guests of $50 a day for cars, or $60 a day for SUVs when parking is validated by the front desk upon checkout.

Don't forget to bring your parking ticket to the front desk to get validated.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is always complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will text and email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.

TV Streaming

We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.

We always clear your login information after your stay.

For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.

Housekeeping & laundry

You’ll have broom and dustpan, paper towels, and dish soap, but you can also add à la carte unit cleaning for $119. Communal and complimentary washers and dryers are located on the 8th floor.

If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.

Murphy Beds

If you are in a unit with a murphy bed, follow the instructions posted the unit or view a video tutorial here. If you have any issues, please reach out to us at any time.

Q: Does Placemakr Wall Street allow pets?
A: Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know before your arrival if you’re bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.

This property is dog-and-cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.

Q: Do you have a pack n' plays?
A: We are proudly family friendly at Placemakr Wall Street. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.

Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A:Yes, Placemakr Wall Street provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Payments & charges

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.

We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.

House rules

As a guest of Placemakr Wall Street, you agree to our full terms and conditions which include:

No party policy: Parties are not permitted at any time. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.
Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am every day.
No smoking policy: This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – you will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
Minimum check-in age: 21
