1. Complete precheck
Placemakr has every guest complete precheck so your arrival feels easy from the start. Completing our digital precheck only takes a few minutes, and takes care of verifying all of your reservation details on your own time, getting you checked into your room faster and smoother.

If precheck isn't completed before arrival, you will be required to stop by the front desk to complete check-in in person.

We will send you a unique link to complete precheck, however you may also look it up below.

2. Wait for your unit information via text
If precheck has been completed prior to arrival day, expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code to access the building and your unit. No need to check-in at the front desk!

If you haven't received a text from us by 4pm, don't delay your travels! Meet us in the lobby and our front desk team can make sure that your contact details are correct, and everything on your reservation is good to go, before sharing your room details in person and over text.

3. Head up to your unit
Head through the lobby towards the elevator doors opposite the entrance to Café Intermezzo. Use your PIN code on the black PIN pad and head on up to your floor.

Enter your PIN followed by # to open your door. It will lock automatically behind you.

Arriving by car

Parking is conveniently available at The SoBro Tower Garage, a public garage located at 208 3rd Ave South. Parking rates for Placemakr guests at $54 a night before taxes.

When you pull into the garage, take a parking ticket and bring it to the front desk. Scan the QR code on the desk to verify that you've parked with Placemakr, which will give you access to unlimited in-and-out privileges at the garage. When you leave the garage, you'll use this ticket to pay for parking. You do not need to purchase parking in advance.

Hot local tip! Looking for the best parking rates in downtown Nashville? We strongly recommend using the Spot Hero app.
