Is parking available at Placemakr Premier SoBro?

Parking is available in the same building as Placemakr Premier SoBro, but operates independently of the hotel. The SoBro Tower Garage is located at 208 3rd Ave South. Parking rates below:

  • 0-1 hour: $10

  • 1-3 hours: $30

  • 3-24 hours: $50

Does Placemakr Premier SoBro allow pets?

Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know before your arrival if you're bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.

This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.

As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.

I'm arriving before check-in time, is luggage storage available?

Yes, Placemakr provides luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer complimentary luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for guests?

We provide weekly housekeeping for stays of 7 nights or longer. If you’d like additional cleaning during your time with us, you can add it anytime for $119 per service.

Additionally, each apartment is stocked with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies so you can keep things fresh during your stay or between housekeeping visits.

Does Placemakr offer early check-in?

When available, we’re happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with the property.

Does Placemakr offer late checkout?

When available, we are happy to offer late checkout for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property. Otherwise, checkout is at 11 a.m. to ensure we can prepare for future guests.

What is Placemakr's smoking policy?

All Placemakr properties are non-smoking, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – guests will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.

Do I have to be a certain age to book this property?

Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in at this property.

What is guest verification?

Guest verification is a quick step you complete before arrival to make check-in seamless.
