1. Verify your information prior to arrival
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.
2. Arriving on check-in day
Enter through the main doors on Glen Iris Dr.
If you completed our pre-arrival verification process, we'll text you your digital key to access the building and your unit at check-in time. You may also visit the second floor lobby to pick up a physical keycard if you prefer.
If you did not complete pre-arrival verification, please head to the 2nd floor lobby to receive your unit keycard and complete check-in.
Parking at Ponce City Market
There are various options for parking at Scout Living.
Daily Parking
Scout Living guests who have not completed pre-arrival verification should temporarily park in the loading zone on Glen Iris Dr. to pick up their keycard before parking.
Paid public parking is available in the parking garage located behind Scout Living. After picking up your keycard, or if you've already been verified and have received your digital key, pull your car around to the back of the building via Glen Iris Way.
Tip: Look for the square orange planters and follow them to the parking entrance!
You will be able to access Scout Living directly via the parking garage with your digital key or keycard.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for $50 from 7am-12am daily. To valet, please pull up to our loading zone directly outside the main entrance on Glen Iris Drive.
Valet services are provided by a third party. Scout Living, powered by Placemakr is not responsible for disputes or refunds related to valet parking.
Free Shuttle to Ponce City Market
From the ATL Airport, grab the MARTA RED or GOLD line to the North Springs Station. The MARTA runs every 6 minutes from the domestic terminal between North and South Baggage claims.
Pick up the complimentary PCM shuttle from the MARTA North Springs Station. It runs every 15 minutes until 11pm daily. Then, just walk towards the Scout Living main entrance on Glen Iris Drive.
Food Delivery
We'll happily accept food and other deliveries at the front desk. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
You’ll have broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
Q: Does Scout Living allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs under 25 lbs are permitted. One dog is permitted per guest unit. Cats are not permitted at the property. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $250 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you. Please reach out for more information.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! Scout Living is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, Scout Living provides luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer complimentary luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Scout Living provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryers) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.
Q: Does Scout Living offer early check-in?
A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
