1. Complete precheck
Placemakr has every guest complete precheck so your arrival feels easy from the start. It gives our team time to prepare your space and make sure everything's ready when you walk in.
It only takes a few minutes and helps you settle in faster.
If precheck isn't completed before arrival, you will be required to stop by the front desk.
We will send you a unique link to complete precheck, however you may also look it up below.
2. Wait for your unit information via text
Enter through the main doors located at 639 Glen Iris Dr. Look for the green brick and large overhang. If you're arriving by Uber or rideshare, you may be dropped off at the rear of the building in our courtyard (tip: if you see gorjana and West Elm, you are located in the rear). Proceed around to the front of the building on Glen Iris Drive to enter.
If precheck has been completed prior to arrival day, expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code to access the building and your unit. No need to check-in at the front desk!
If you did not complete precheck, or would prefer a physical keycard, head to the front desk to complete check-in.

Parking at Scout Living
There are various options for parking at Scout Living.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the main entrance of Scout Living for $20/day.
Daily Parking in Underground Garage
Scout Living guests who have not completed pre-arrival verification should temporarily park in the loading zone on Glen Iris Dr. to get their digital key or pick up their keycard before parking.
Paid public parking is available in the parking garage located behind Scout Living for $30/night. After picking up your keycard, or if you've already been verified and have received your digital key, pull your car around to the back of the building via Glen Iris Way.
Tip: Look for the colorful mural and large wooden planters and follow them to the parking entrance!
You will be able to access Scout Living directly via the parking garage with your digital key or keycard.
Free Shuttle to Ponce City Market
From the ATL Airport, grab the MARTA RED or GOLD line to the North Avenue Station. The MARTA runs every 6 minutes from the domestic terminal between North and South Baggage claims.
Pick up the complimentary PCM shuttle from the MARTA North Avenue Station. It runs every 15 minutes until 11pm daily. Then, just walk towards the Scout Living main entrance on Glen Iris Drive.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is always complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will text and email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.
You’ll have a broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, but you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. Each unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
All food and grocery deliveries must be met at the front entrance. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
Bicycle Storage
Storing a bike while you're here? No problem! We have a secure bike room located on the lower level (LL). It is accessible via the courtyard entrance to Scout Living off of Ponce de Leon Ave. Head in and down the ramp, continue past the mailbox corridor and the bike room will be on your right.
Q: Does Scout Living allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs under 25 lbs are permitted. One dog is permitted per guest unit. Cats are not permitted at the property. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $250 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you. Please reach out for more information.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! Scout Living is family-friendly. If you need a pack-n-play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, Scout Living provides luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer complimentary luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Scout Living provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryers) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.
Q: Does Scout Living offer early check-in?
A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property.
Q: Does Scout Living offer late checkout?
When available, we are happy to offer late checkout for an additional cost. Subject to availability. Please inquire with property. Otherwise, checkout is at 11 a.m. to ensure we can prepare for future guests.
For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know. We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
