Placemakr has every guest complete precheck so your arrival feels easy from the start. It gives our team time to prepare your space and make sure everything's ready when you walk in.

It only takes a few minutes and helps you settle in faster.

If precheck isn't completed before arrival, you will be required to stop by the front desk.

Scan your key fob on the reader. Turn the lock and then the handle to open the door.

Head to the Placemakr Marymount Ballston guest entrance, located at 1008 N Glebe Rd. Our main entrance is located just around the corner from the Credit Union. Use this link to navigate to our location.

Enter through the first set of doors and give our team a wave to buzz you in. Retrieve your key fob and garage opener (if you've reserved parking) at the front desk. Once you have your fob, you'll scan it on the small black reader (located straight ahead on the left side of the second set of doors) to gain access. 

Parking is available onsite for $35 a night before tax. The parking garage entrance is located directly behind the building off of N Wakefield St. Enter through the garage door on the right. Click below to navigate to the garage entrance.

1. When you arrive for the first time, call us to be let in. Once you have a garage opener, press 1 for access.

   

2. Find a spot on level G3 with a sign that reads, "reserved for Placemakr guests."

3. After parking, take the elevator to the lobby level to retrieve your parking tag and garage opener from the front desk and complete your parking payment. This parking tag must be hung from your rearview mirror at all times throughout your stay.
