Skip the front desk!
Placemakr Reno offers contactless check-in for verified guests unless you require parking. To gain access to our parking garage during your stay, you need to visit the front desk (unit 104 on the first floor) to receive a garage remote. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth check-in.

1. Verify your information

In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit. 

We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.

2. Wait for your unit information via text

If you completed pre-arrival verification, you can expect an email from "LATCH" on check-in day with an invitation to create an account and download the Latch App. This will be your mobile key during your stay. 

Once your apartment is ready at or before 4pm, we will text you your apartment information and access will be available in the app for you. 

3. Head up to your unit

Unless you require parking, no need to stop by the front desk! The Latch App will open any communal doors in the building as well as the door to your unit. Feel free to walk right in and head to your unit. We're here 24/7 if you need anything!

Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Placemakr Reno is a pop-up hotel located inside the Ballpark Apartments. Use this link to navigate to the main entrance on E 2nd St.

Parking
Parking is available on-site for $10 per day and must be reserved in advance of your stay. If you need parking, let us know through the verification process or by calling or texting with us.

When you arrive, park temporarily out front and come see us in Guest Services Unit 104 to pick up your garage remote. This is necessary to enter the parking garage.

Placemakr Reno guest parking is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage. Towing will be enforced if you are not parked on the 6th floor and if your vehicle is not registered. Once parked, take the elevator to your unit floor.
