What to Know

Building & unit access

Don't forget to verify your information before 11am ET on the day of your arrival by clicking on the link in one of the texts or emails from us. When you arrive, stop by our front desk to pick up your key fob, unit PIN code, and parking pass (if you’ve reserved parking). If you’ve shared the full names of additional guests staying in your unit, we’ll have PIN codes for them as well.


Cancellation/no shows

Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through WhyHotel.com, Placemakr.com, or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.


Payment

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.

Number of people per unit

See below for the maximum number of people allowed in each unit type. All guests must be registered - you can register your guests by contacting our team and providing their full name(s).

Studio suites, 1 bedrooms, & 1 bed lofts: 2 people max
2 bedrooms: 4 people max

Parking

If you’ve elected to have parking, you can park in our garage on level L (see the “Arriving by Car” directions in the Arrival Guide below for more information). Don’t forget to display your parking pass on the dashboard of the driver’s side of your car. As a reminder, parking is $30/day per car (max of 1 space per apartment unit reserved) – if you’d like to add parking, let us know in advance, so we can help you book a space!


Amenities

The fitness center, clubhouse, and courtyard are available 24/7. They, along with the pool, are located on the 2nd floor. The pool is generally open from spring to fall – please contact us for more details. Use your fob for access.


Housekeeping & laundry

You’ll have cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add a la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. Each unit has a full-size washer and dryer for washing your clothes and linens in your unit.

No party policy

Quiet hours from 10pm – 6am every day. Parties are not permitted at any time. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.


No smoking policy

This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – you will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
