2. Wait for your unit information via text
Expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code to access the building and your unit.
No need to check-in at the front desk, you can head straight up to your unit!
3. Head up to your unit
Arriving by foot or getting dropped off
Head to the Placemakr Huntsville guest entrance, located at 945 NW Mid City Drive (in the Anthem House apartment building). Use this link to navigate to our location.
If you did not receive your PIN code for access in advance, come see at at the front desk when you arrive.
Each apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer. All units are also equipped with handheld steamers.
You’ll have a broom and dustpan, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add á la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
All food and grocery deliveries must be met at the front entrance. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
Trader Joe's is located just a 7-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. Open daily from 9am-9pm. Directions here.

Does Placemakr Huntsville allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know before your arrival if you’re bringing a pet so we can prepare for them.
This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Do you have a pack-n-play?
Yes! Placemakr Huntsville is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Is there luggage storage on-site?
Yes, Placemakr Huntsville provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Does Placemakr Huntsville provide housekeeping for its guests?
We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer) and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
