Arriving on foot

Head to the Placemakr Cathedral Heights entrance, located at 4000 Wisconsin Ave NW. Use this link to navigate to our location on Wisconsin Ave.

To access the building, enter your PIN followed by # on the pin-pad. 

From the lobby, head towards the elevators and up to your apartment floor. You will need your PIN to access the elevators.

1. Wi-Fi information can be found inside your apartment.

Accessing your apartment:

1. To access your apartment, enter your PIN followed by the checkmark (✓) on the pin-pad.

3. 1. Press the Yale logo to illuminate the keypad
4. 2. Enter your PIN code followed by the  ✓ symbol 

1. If successful, the pin-pad will flash and make a sound. Then, you can enter your apartment. 

After three failed attempts to enter your PIN, you will not be able to attempt your PIN again for 60 seconds. Please call us if you need further assistance.

Parking:

Parking is available in the Retail Parking garage located on Upton St., to the right of the main entrance. You can access the garage by entering your PIN followed by # symbol on the pin-pad. 

Parking is $35.40/night (including local taxes). Please reach out if you have any questions.

Wi-Fi 

Wi-Fi is always complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will text and email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.

TV Streaming

We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.

We always clear your login information after your stay.

For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival. 

Housekeeping & laundry

You’ll have broom and dustpan, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent in your apartment. Each apartment also has a full-size washer and dryer.

If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. 

Please meet your food and grocery deliveries at the front door. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
