What to Know

Building & unit access

Don't forget to verify your information before 11am ET on the day of your arrival by clicking on the link in one of the texts or emails from us. Then, make sure to download the KastleResident app for iOS or Android - it acts as your key! You'll be able to set up your account and access the building as early as 3pm on the day of your arrival.

If you have additional guests staying with you, please send us their names, emails, and phone numbers so that we can provide them with Kastle access. See the ‘Number of people per unit’ section below for more information.

Downloaded the app already, but can’t find it? Search ‘Resident’ on your phone.

 

Cancellation/no shows

Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through WhyHotel.com, placemakr.com, or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.

 

Payment

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please text us at +1 833 474-9920 beforehand.

Number of people per unit

See below for the maximum number of people allowed in each unit type. All guests must be registered - you can register your guests by contacting our team and providing guest names, emails, and phone numbers for access via the Kastle app.

Junior 1 bedrooms & 1 bedrooms: 2 people max
2 bedrooms: 4 people max

Parking

Please call or text us upon arrival if you need parking so we can grant you access to the garage. Parking is $30/day per car, with a max of one space per unit.

Spots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. If a WhyHotel-marked space is available in the garage when you arrive, park first and then retrieve a pass from our office in Unit 714. Always make sure to display your pass on your rearview mirror and park in WhyHotel spaces only, as towing is enforced. Should you vacate your spot at any time during your stay, we cannot guarantee one will be available upon your return. 

Our underground garage is located off 4th St. NE on level P1. More information can be found in the "Arriving by Car" section of the Arrival Guide below.

Amenities

The fitness center and courtyard are available 24/7. They are located on the first floor. Enter the lobby, and you’ll find the courtyard to the right of the concierge desk if you’re facing the concierge desk. To get to the fitness center, make a right while facing the concierge desk and walk to the end of the hallway.

 

Housekeeping & laundry

You’ll have cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add a la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. Each unit has a full-size washer and dryer for washing your clothes and linens in your unit.

No party policy

Quiet hours from 9pm – 7am every day. Parties are not permitted at any time. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.

 

No smoking policy

This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – you will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
