What to Know
Building & unit access
Don't forget to check in online before 11am ET on the day of your arrival by clicking on the link in one of the texts or emails from us. Then, make sure to download the AeroGuest app for iOS or Android - it acts as your key! You'll be able to access the building and your unit as early as 3pm on the day of your arrival. Bluetooth and location services must be enabled for the mobile key to work, and you’ll need to have internet access the first time pull up your key. See the arrival guide below for more information on using your AeroGuest app.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through WhyHotel.com, Placemakr.com, or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged on the morning of your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please call us at +1 202 991-0427 by 5pm the day before your arrival.

See below for the maximum number of people allowed in each unit type. All guests must be registered - you can register your guests by contacting our team.
Studios & 1 bedrooms: 2 people max
2 bedrooms: 4 people max
If you’ve elected to have parking, you can park at our underground parking garage on G St SW, anywhere on level G1 (see the “Arriving by Car” directions in the Arrival Guide below for more information). Retrieve your parking pass from your unit and make sure to display it on your rearview mirror - towing is enforced! As a reminder, parking is $30/day per car (max of 1 space per apartment unit reserved) – if you’d like to add parking, let us know in advance (no later than 5pm on the day of your arrival), so we can help you book a space!
The fitness center and courtyard are available 24/7. You can reach them by taking the elevators in the middle of the hall. The fitness center is on R and the courtyard is on 1R. For the fitness center, turn left after you exit the elevator and use the AeroGuest app for access.
Housekeeping & laundry
You’ll have cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add a la carte unit cleaning for $119/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. Each unit has a full-size washer and dryer for washing your clothes and linens in your unit.
No party policy
No parties are allowed with quiet hours from 10pm – 6am every day. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.
No smoking policy
This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – you will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
Love our tote or umbrella? Take them with you, and we’ll charge your card on file accordingly - $12 per tote or $25 per umbrella.
